Demmler Landscaping can handle all of your delivery needs. Our equipment and vehicles are all routinely
maintained and serviced. We are able to deliver on the same day or next day. If you
desire Saturday delivery, it is best to call by mid-week to schedule your time. If you have
a large order, we need to get the material into our yard beforehand.
During the winter months, we are able to meet your schedules more easily. Spring and Summer are the busy seasons! Our trucks work non-stop to deliver to our customers. Please call as soon as possible so we may better serve you! ChargesCharges are determined upon the amount of the material ordered and the location of the delivery. We pride ourselves in offering the most reasonable delivery rates in the area! Just ask our staff for exact information. We also offer delivery throughout the state of Colorado and the U.S.!ClearanceOur trucks need a minimum width of 10 feet to safely enter your dumping area. Another concern is overhead obstructions such as wires and trees. Since the semis pull end dump trailers which rise up to 38 feet in the air, it is very important to plan and inspect your dumping site prior to delivery. If you have concerns, please discuss dumping directions at the time you place your order.Delivery TimesIt is rarely possible to ensure an exact time of day that our trucks will arrive at your house. Usually we can determine an AM or PM time. Traffic and unforeseen delays are factors in delivery times. We will always do our best to meet your delivery needs! If you have a delivery scheduled and discover you will not be home, just call and make alternative arrangements regarding your delivery.Release of LiabilityOur drivers have been instructed to have each customer sign a Release of Liability on our invoices prior to driving on your property. Concrete, sidewalks, etc. can be damaged by heavy trucks. The customer assumes responsibility for damages once our trucks enter your property. Always inform our drivers about locations of septic systems, wet areas on your property, water meters, etc.. Safety is our first and foremost concern! It is extremely important that children and pets are supervised or safely away from the dumping site.Material WeightAll materials, either picked up in our yard or delivered by our trucks, are weighed by a government inspected scale on our property. Deliveries coming directly from a quarry will also include an accurate weight noted upon the invoice. |
